By accessing or using FlowManner, you agree to these {t('title')}. If you are using FlowManner on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. Free tier usage is subject to rate limits. Pro and Enterprise plans are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

You agree not to: use the service for illegal activities, attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform, resell access without authorization, generate harmful content (malware, phishing, harassment), circumvent rate limits or security measures, or use the service to violate the terms of AI model providers.

FlowManner and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FlowManner and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the platform. AI-generated outputs are subject to the terms of the respective model providers.

FlowManner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where FlowManner operates. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
