How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the FlowManner service. We process AI conversations through your configured models — we do not train on your data. Usage analytics help us understand feature adoption and improve the platform. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Storage & Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. API keys are encrypted with AES-256. We use industry-standard security practices including regular security audits, access controls, and infrastructure monitoring. Data is stored in secure data centers with redundancy and backup systems.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data at any time. You can manage your data through your account settings or by contacting us. We respond to data requests within 30 days. You may also request restriction of processing or object to processing of your data.

Third Parties

We share data with third-party AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, etc.) only when you explicitly send prompts to those models via your own API keys. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics) that are GDPR-compliant. We do not share data with advertising networks or data brokers.
